Rusumo High School (RHS) is located in Kigina Sector, Kirehe District, Rwanda. RHS is a registered school with the ministry of Education since 2004. Dedicated to fostering excellence in character, academics, and service to the nation.

It was in 2009, that the primary section gave birth to the Ordinary level secondary section. Come 2011, the O' level section was ranked as the best school at the national levels. The 2011 success of the O' level section gave way for the Advanced Level (A level) with comprehensive combinations. Our Advanced Level programs (S4-S6) include: S4 offers MS1 (Maths and Sciences One), MS2 (Maths and Sciences Two), ARH (Art and Humanities), and LGG (Languages). S5-S6 students can choose from PCM, MPG, MEG, PCB, HGL, LFK, and MCB combinations. All programs are based on the REB (Rwanda Education Board) curriculum, ensuring quality education aligned with national standards.
